Please note our processing time for returns and exchanges is 5 to 10 business days once we receive the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
- Full Price items are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the original Invoice Date.
- You may not return or exchange: Sale Items, or Jewelry.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable. $5 will be deducted from returned merchandise (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). $8 will be deducted from your return if the item(s) shipped for free. This applies to in store pick-up. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please email us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (if applicable) without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused.
- Please Note: Repeat Returns cost our small business. We reserve the right to refuse service to repeat returners and their orders will be cancelled. Repeat Returns=3 or more consecutive returns.
How Do I Make a Return?
You are responsible for shipping items to the address below within 14 days of original invoice date. Please refer to our Refund Policy above to ensure your returns meet our standards.

As soon as your return arrives, we will process it promptly and your credit card will be refunded minus our outbound shipping cost of $8-$10. Our processing time for returns and exchanges is 5-10 Business days.

Please Note: our inventory changes daily, therefore we do not offer Exchanges.
Returns that are outside of our guidelines are subject to a $25 restocking fee.

You will not be charged shipping if you choose in store pick-up, however, you will have 5 business days to retrieve your order. Orders not retrieved within 5 business days are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
Please Note: Our inventory changes daily. We are a small locally owned business. We do not raise our prices to cover returns, or shipping costs. Having a convenience charge (for returns) helps to cover our cost, as often times, we sell out of the item/size you have ordered by the time you return it, and is no longer in inventory. On average, our outbound shipping costs us $8 per order. We value our customers and offer FREE shipping and in store pick-up as a "thank you" for shopping with us!
