Please note our processing time for returns and exchanges is 5 to 10 business days once we receive the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification.
Full Price items are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the original Invoice Date.
- You may not return or exchange: Sale Items, or Jewelry.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). $8 will be deducted from your return if the item(s) shipped for free. If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please email us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box (if applicable) without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused.
How Do I Make a Return?
You are responsible for returning items to the address below within 14 days of original invoice date. Please refer to our Refund Policy above to ensure your returns meet our standards. If you wish to return merchandise to store, you must do so within 7 days of receipt for STORE CREDIT or exchange.

As soon as your return arrives, we will process it promptly and your credit card will be refunded minus the outbound shipping costs. Our processing time for returns and exchanges is 5-10 Business days.
Please Note: our inventory changes daily.
Returns that are outside of our guidelines are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
