•Full Price items are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the original Invoice Date.
•You may not return or exchange: Sale Items, Shoes, or Jewelry/Accessories.
*If the shoes do not fit you must email us for an approval for an exchange. If we have the size you need, we will allow you to return the shoes and pay for outbound shipping on the exchange pair. WE DO NOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS, as shoes fall in our FINAL SALE category, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
•Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please email us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
•All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
•IF an exchange on shoes is approved, they must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you use your shoe box as a shipping box, we will not be able to refund you and your return will be refused.
**Full Priced item(s) will be refunded minus outbound shipping costs
***An $8 shipping/handling fee will be deducted from returns with free shipping
How Do I Make a Return?
You are responsible for mailing items to the address below within 14 days of original invoice date. Please refer to our Refund Policy above to ensure your returns meet our standards.

As soon as your return arrives, we will process it promptly and your credit card will be refunded minus the outbound shipping costs.
We do not offer Exchanges, as our inventory changes daily.
We do not accept returns in person, they must be shipped to our address indicated above.
